Opposition to Warszawiak's Discharge.

Herman Warszawiak, the converted Hebrew missionary, who had mission rooms at 424 Grand Street, applied to Judge Adams in the United States District Court yesterday for a discharge in bankruptcy. He filed a petition in bankruptcy on Dec. 6, 1898, his liabilities amounting to $29,302. His largest creditor, Mrs. Annika Nicholas, whose claim is about $26,000, opposed his discharge, and the matter went over for two weeks.
